This was my first agency where I started working as a Junior Designer. Attention to detail and good quality of work were at the heart of the agency and therefore I quickly gained design experience, as well as other general skills. I was working on various web and mobile app design projects and I have delivered a number of successful projects for EU and US clients.

In 2015 I started working here as a Web designer and after 6 months I have been promoted to Team Lead. I have gained significant experience in managing projects to the final stage, where every thing gets passed on to the development team. As we las running my own projects, as a Team Lead, I am responsible for helping and advising my colleague designers and also working closely with Project Managers and others involved.

The agency was mainly focused on branding . It was a small team of talented graphic designers and I was anextension to the team, but employed on a freelance basis. I was responsible for designing new andre-branding existing/old websites and mobile apps.

I was invited to join the agency and make full rebranding on position of an Art director and Lead Designer, experienced in working with the USA and European clients. My duties were management of design departmentand monitoring all the projects of the Agency on the part of UI/UX. Thegreatest part of my job was workload assignment and full designers assistancein conceptualization and ideas generation.
